Q: What is the cost to rent?

A: Every customer is treated individually, and the cost is dependent upon the customer's needs, and requirements. Project length (1 month or more) is the most cost-effective way to rent.

Q: Is there a charge for mileage?

A: The value of a vehicle is dependent not only on the age, but on the mileage accumulated. A monthly mileage allowance is included in the rate, with a small charge for excessive mileage.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: With notice, trucks can be delivered anywhere in western Canada.

Q: What about insurance?

A: Team Truck Rentals wants to ensure that we are providing the best possible products at the best possible price. We do not sell insurance, or offer subsidized limited damage or liability. Our customers register and provide their own insurance for their rentals. This way, we can keep our prices reasonable and competitive. To aid in simplifying the paperwork; this process is normally provided by Team Truck Rentals.

Q: What if my truck breaks down in the field?

A: Team Truck Rentals provides new or near new products under factory warranty. Roadside Assistance is available as the primary call anywhere in the work area. In the event that Roadside is limited to the road access, Team Truck Rentals will assist to make the necessary arrangements to have the vehicle moved to Roadside access, where it will be taken to the nearest factory dealer. If necessary, an exchange vehicle is provided by Team Truck Rentals.

Q: Can I buy the truck?

A: All of our trucks are for sale after they have been in service for a period of time. A purchase price can be arranged either at the onset of the rental, or at the end of the rental. Prices will be dependent upon the year, equipment, mileage, and condition of the truck.
